Erickson Senior Living in North Denver
A Proposed Continuing Care Retirement Community
Erickson Senior Living is excited about the opportunity to bring a continuing care retirement community in the North Denver area. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the seniors who signed up and joined us for the planning sessions this May. We are in the early stages of this process and we look forward to sharing details and receiving additional feedback from stakeholders in Westminster.
We believe people thrive when they are part of a community, and that our campuses thrive when they look and feel like the towns in which they are located. We pride ourselves in being a good neighbor long before the first resident moves in. Not only are we dedicated to serving Westminster seniors, we serve their families, neighbors, and friends, and our partnerships with local leaders, business owners, and community members is always ongoing.

Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)
CCRCs are a special type of senior living community, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing care on one site. Residents can enjoy an independent lifestyle with resort-style amenities and services. Higher levels of care are conveniently located so that residents are cared for if their needs change. This continuum of care ensures residents have the stability of remaining in the place they call home.

Additional levels of care would be available on-site. The proposed site is located near the intersection of Highway 36 and 104th Ave.
